We’re Hiring — Budget Control Specialist !

Location: Gulberg, Lahore
✔️ Success Factors:
– Preparation and consolidation of budgets and forecasts, including AOP and S&OP cycles.
– Manage budget closing activities and perform variance analysis against plan and prior periods.
– Partner with cross-functional teams to review financial performance and ensure alignment with budgetary objectives.
– Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI) for tracking AOP, S&OP, and historical performance.
– Provide accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights to support senior management decision-making.
– Implement and enforce budgetary controls while monitoring Budget vs.
– Actual performance (including CAPEX) and identifying cost optimization opportunities.
✔️ Who we’re looking for:
– CA / ACCA / ICMA / CIMA / CFA or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
– 3 to 4 years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, or financial management
– Strong knowledge of Budget Management.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with hands-on experience in ERP systems and BI tools.
– Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
