𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘁 – 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀

-Develop and maintain advanced financial models for investment analysis and transaction execution.
-Prepare Investment Memorandums, pitch decks and financial feasibility studies for potential transactions.
-Conduct financial statement analysis, financial due diligence and valuation on target companies.
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams, consultants and other important stakeholders for the transaction.
-For approved projects, manage project execution, tracking milestones, coordinating with external partners and internal teams, and reporting progress to management.
-Work closely with senior leadership, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to perform confidently under high-pressure, senior stakeholder settings.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
-ACCA/CA (F) or MBA/BS in Finance.
-Certifications such as FMVA/CFA and power sector exposure would be a plus.
-1-3 years of experience in advisory, Investment Banking or Related field.
-Strong Financial Modelling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
-Excellent Analytical, quantitative and communication skills.
