Senior Manager Talent Management

HBL is looking to hire a Senior Manager Talent Management in Karachi within the Human Resources function, who will be responsible for leading trainee programs, strengthening university partnerships, and building HBL’s employer brand among young talent. The role will oversee hiring, training, and performance management of trainees, manage internships, support career development initiatives, organize high‑potential engagement sessions, and ensure timely tracking of IDPs and career goals. The incumbent will also serve as a relationship manager for The League and other trainee programs, driving visibility, effectiveness, and long‑term talent pipeline development across the bank.
