๐น Position: Assistant Manager โ Rewards & PMS
๐ Location: Lahore โ Head Office
๐ Qualification: Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
๐ผ Experience: 3โ5 years of relevant experience in Rewards, Performance Management, or a similar role
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) across the organization.
Drive the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations, and performance calibration.
Develop and cascade KPIs and performance objectives aligned with organizational and departmental goals.
Support managers in building a high-performance culture through effective performance conversations, feedback, and coaching.
Manage and evaluate retail performance, including store-level KPIs, productivity metrics, and performance evaluation mechanisms.
Analyze reward effectiveness and ensure fair, competitive, and performance-driven reward practices across the organization.
