We are looking for AM/ DM Accounts for Naveena Exports Limited.

Education & Experience: Atleast 03-05 yrs of experience with grip on Oracle Payable / Receivable module and well versed in execution of payments and having good knowledge of Income tax / Sales tax.

1. Preparation of all type of payments including Cotton, Fibers, General Stores, Salaries and other various payments and ensure accuracy and timely delivery to suppliers/vendors as per approved payment terms.
2. Ensure purchase closing & inventory/payables matching were done by 15th working day of every month. Preparation of purchase register and monthly input sales tax reconciliation with ledger and sort out the differences. Maintenance of advance and cotton payment register and it’s timely closing by audit department.
3. Recording in system all interunit transaction related to import and other payments.
4. Check and approve daily interunit, waste, local, and export dispatches (D/O) as per approved payment terms.
5. Ensure timely invoicing to customers and follow up marketing department for overdue payments.
6. Record on daily basis local, waste and export realizations. Ensure Bank reconciliation made on daily basis and investigate old outstanding chqs, Booking and verification of agent’s commission against local, waste and exports sales.
7. Prepare debtors aging position and report to higher management. Preparation of monthly realization budget, Preparation of monthly sales register and its reconciliation with output tax ledger, Assist manager accounts in monthly sales closing.
