Key Responsibilities:
– Achieve and surpass annual sales targets within the assigned territory
– Devise and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and customer acquisition
– Design country-specific routes to market
– Cultivate strong, enduring customer relationships
– Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals
– Present compelling value propositions through proposals and presentations
– Stay abreast of industry trends and market shifts
– Provide regular reports on account direction and budget allocation

Requirements & Skills:
– Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on startup environments
– Proven track record of sales success
– Previous experience in sales management or director roles in KSA
– Familiarity with confectionary or FMCG sectors in KSA
– Ability to manage the entire sales process
– Strong leadership and team management abilities
– Knowledge of trade marketing and operational excellence
– Proficiency in Arabic and English
– Willingness to travel frequently within KSA
