-Lead the complete plant finance function including accounting, financial reporting, monthly quantitative accounts, manufacturing costing, inventory accounting and budgeting, ensuring accuracy and strong financial controls.
-Drive business and financial performance by analyzing costs and variances, managing working capital and liquidity, and providing meaningful financial insights to support commercial and operational decision-making.
-Act as a strong finance partner to the plant by working closely with Production, Operations and Sales, challenging assumptions where required, leveraging ERP/data for process improvements, and ensuring statutory compliance, audit readiness and effective team delivery.
