โข Own the design process from discovery, user flows, and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and prototypes
โข Create responsive web and mobile experiences
โข Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
โข Deliver well-structured Figma handoffs for developers
โข Conduct design QA and ensure consistency across products
โข Present designs to clients and handle feedback confidently
โข Create concepts for proposals and pitch decks
โข Review and guide junior designers

โข 3+ years of hands-on product design experience
โข Expert-level Figma skills: Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables & Dev Mode
โข Strong understanding of UX, typography, spacing, grids, and responsive design
โข Knowledge of accessibility and usability principles
โข Understanding of HTML/CSS and development constraints
โข Comfortable collaborating with React/Next.js developers
โข Experience with design systems and component-based workflows
โข Strong communication and client-facing skills
โข Portfolio showcasing 5+ shipped products and your design process

โข Framer or After Effects
โข Adobe XD or Sketch
โข Experience in SaaS, FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech, or eCommerce
โข Agency or client-facing experience
