✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
✔ Source candidates using multiple platforms (LinkedIn, portals, referrals)
✔ Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads
✔ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
✔ Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and reports
✔ Represent the company professionally in all candidate interactions
