Manager Governance and Controls

HBL is looking to hire a Manager Governance and Controls in Treasury and Global Markets function, Karachi, who will be responsible to assist in implementation of strategic initiatives and projects of Treasury & Global Markets and also Contribute effectively and efficiently in accomplishing assigned responsibilities leading towards achieving overall functional objectives.

Job Details
• Developing and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
• Working autonomously and provide effective business support to meet business requirements to ensure that all strategic objectives are achieved as planned.
• Implementing a structured PMP with Treasury & Global Markets for all technology initiatives
• Monitoring program risks through an on-going process of identifying, assessing, tracking, developing and executing risk mitigation strategies.

Location: Karachi

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business.

Experience: 7 years of relevant experience.
