Gerry’s Group is seeking an experienced Manager – Internal Audit to lead the Group’s Internal Audit function, providing independent assurance and actionable insights to senior management and the Board of Directors.

🎯 What You’ll Lead
▪️ Risk-based audit planning and execution across Group companies.
▪️ Financial, operational, compliance, and IT/system audits.
▪️ Board-level reporting, audit findings, and risk escalation.
▪️ Risk management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
▪️ Fraud investigations, whistle-blowing reviews, and special assignments.
▪️ Audit follow-ups, data analytics, and continuous improvement.
▪️ Internal Audit team leadership and development.
🎓 What You Bring
✔️ CA / ACCA / ACMA qualified.
✔️ 8–10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory Internal Audit role.
✔️ Strong knowledge of IIA Standards, COSO, risk management, IFRS, and regulatory requirements.
✔️ Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, Power BI, and data analytics.
✔️ Strong leadership, analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
⭐ CIA, CISA, or CFE certification preferred.
