📍 Location: Head Office
💼 Experience: 2–3 years of basic IT experience
🎓 Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field
What You’ll Do
Supervise IT and networking activities at new store and renovation sites.
Manage CAT6 cabling, termination, labeling, testing, and network cabinet installations.
Verify network layouts, data points, CCTV points, internet-based voice connectivity, and IT cabinet setups.
Support basic configuration and troubleshooting of switches, Wi-Fi, CCTV/NVR, and firewalls.
Provide IT and network support to Head Office, Warehouse, and 100+ stores.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
Maintain documentation of network infrastructure and completed projects.
What We’re Looking For
Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IP addressing, switches, Wi-Fi, and structured cabling.
Willingness to travel to stores and project sites as required.
Fresh graduates with strong practical networking knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
Ideal Candidate: Someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, is comfortable with field visits, and can deliver reliable day-to-day IT support.
