Position Title: Deputy General Manager – Finance
Location: FG Office, Multan
Company Fatima Sugar Mills Limited
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 12–15 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, FP&A, Banking, Taxation, and Regulatory Compliance, preferably in the Sugar or Manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead treasury, cash flow, working capital, and all funded/non-funded financing activities.
Manage banking relationships, financing facilities, LCs, loan disbursements, repayments, and legal documentation.
Prepare business plans, budgets, forecasts, financial feasibility studies, and support cost optimization.
Ensure financial reporting, taxation, audit, SECP, SBP, and credit rating compliance.
Support mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, strategic projects, and Board-assigned financial initiatives.
