Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Locations:
路 Gujranwala
路 Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
路 Primary Order Planning, Secondary Sales & Distribution Stocks
Management.
路 Responsible to deliver the volume target of LMT & GT in assigned territory.
路 Responsible to achieve the set KPI for GT and LMT and to ensure the
numeric coverage/ weighted in assigned territory.
路 Managing & monitoring ROI of Distributors.
路 Market competition analysis and identifying gaps.
路 Ensuring Sales KPIS (Sales Flo).
路 Verification of distributor claims and ensure timely payments.
Requirements:
路 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
路 Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets,
with demonstrated leadership skills in managing sales teams.
路 Minimum 5-7 experience of relevant work experience.
路 Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners.
路 High ethical standards and Integrity in all aspects of sales operations and
dealings.
