We are looking for a Manager – Rewards & HR Ops/Analytics | HRBP to join our HR team. The role will lead Compensation & Rewards, HR Operations and Payroll, while partnering with the Supply Chain function as HRBP and supporting senior management with HR planning, reporting, and Board-level requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee payroll operations, benefits administration, and payroll budgeting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Lead the annual HR budgeting and workforce planning process, providing relevant analysis to support management decisions.
• Maintain and periodically review salary structures, compensation scales, and rewards frameworks to ensure market relevance and internal equity.
• Provide guidance to management and employees on compensation, rewards, and HR policies.
• Support statutory and HR compliance requirements.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for reporting.
• Partner with Supply Chain leadership on workforce planning, talent management, performance, organizational structure, and employee relations.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s in HR preferred.
• 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and HR Business Partnering.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing HR budgets, with exposure to workforce planning and organizational planning.
