We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – MIS
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, ERP systems, and virtualization platforms.
✅ Administer network and security infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and backup solutions.
✅ Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems across all business functions.
✅ Monitor and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
✅ Support ERP implementation, optimization, and user management.
✅ Implement cybersecurity best practices and ensure data protection and disaster recovery readiness.
✅ Maintain IT documentation, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
✅ Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, AMC management, and technical support.
✅ Lead IT infrastructure upgrades and support digital transformation initiatives.
✅ Provide technical guidance and support to end users while ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues.
Qualifications & Experience:
✔ bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
✔ 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Network & System Administration, preferably in the textile manufacturing industry.
✔ Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft, Fortinet, ITIL, or PMP will be considered an added advantage.
